We have been here again for a long time, unfortunately closed society. Since we had been traveling with a wheelchair user in Neustrelitz for a long time and there was nowhere to find disabled toilets or the public ones were locked, the friendly staff let us up to the toilets via the elevator. Above our amazement, the handicapped toilet has now become a changing table for children. All handles have been dismantled, why? The staff then gave us the advice to go to the zoo, there would now be a wheelchair toilet - ha ha. First up the barely manageable slope, then down again and do you have to pay for the entrance? How discriminatory that is in times of inclusion. I am totally disappointed 😞

In short, good food with the best service and very courteous staff. 🙂👍 Gladly again. Were here today for lunch and coffee. Went here with family and our two boys were a bit over the top and yet I never felt undesirable. Very good and empathetic service despite the staff that was already required by Corona.

Because we had not made a reservation, there was no chance for us to have a meal here. The way the cancellation was very rude. When asked if we could eat outside when the screens are put up: "That's umbrella and no umbrellas" Thank you, we have known only searched for a way to give our child a lunch meal. Especially since the umbrellas stand without contactor and rain one way or wet. For this reason, we did not understand the statement in mind. But would one probably that yes means work.

We were there yesterday and were very satisfied again. I find the concept of rehabilitation workshops and inclusion to be very personable and the food and service very good. The choice of dishes (where can you find sturgeon on the menu?) And how they are prepared can be seen and tasted. Clear recommendation!

Super nice restaurant with beer garden, adjacent to the zoo, but separated from each other. Large selection of food at very fair prices. Very nice staff, attentive as well as fast service and short waiting times. The food was delicious and the portions very sufficient. Clean, well maintained and definitely worth a visit!
